1. About these terms
Conductr is operated by ASATWO Pty Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). These terms apply to our website and to use of the Conductr service under an agreed subscription or pilot. If you use Conductr for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. A separately agreed written service agreement takes priority where it conflicts with these terms.
Contact us at contact@conductr.com.au about these terms, your subscription or support.
2. Using Conductr
Conductr helps authorised staff request operational work across connected business systems. Features depend on your plan, enabled integrations, permissions and the availability of third-party services. Website examples are illustrative; confirm the capabilities included in your workspace during onboarding.
Keep your account secure, give access only to authorised staff and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You must not use Conductr unlawfully, access information without permission, bypass security controls or interfere with the service.
3. Your data and permissions
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorise us and our service providers to process that information as needed to deliver and support Conductr, as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your records to us.
Your organisation is responsible for having the necessary authority, notices and consents for participant, worker and other personal information it makes available, including sensitive health information. Only connect accounts and provide files you are authorised to use, and limit access to what the task requires.
4. AI, approvals and your responsibilities
AI-generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important outputs against the original records and review the recipient, scope and consequences of any action before approving it. Conductr is an operational assistant, not a substitute for professional judgement, clinical care, emergency services or legal, financial and NDIS compliance advice.
Conductr presents actions requiring approval before execution. A saved workflow or scheduled task may run later within its configured permissions. Your organisation remains responsible for its operational decisions, staff supervision and care obligations. Do not rely on Conductr as the sole system for emergencies or time-critical care.
5. Trials, payment and cancellation
The standard organisation subscription is AUD $999 per month excluding GST. For Australian customers, 10% GST adds $99.90, making the monthly total $1,098.90. Checkout confirms the applicable tax and total before you subscribe.
Each organisation can receive one 30-day free trial. A card is required at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you authorise recurring monthly charges starting at the end of the trial. Trial dates and subscription details are available in your website account. Sending a trial enquiry alone does not start a subscription or authorise a charge.
Organisation administrators can update payment details, download invoices and cancel through the Conductr website account and Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. If payment fails or your subscription expires, new requests and scheduled work are paused until payment succeeds; existing conversation history remains available subject to our retention policy. There is no additional payment grace period.
Refunds and other remedies are subject to any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law and any separately agreed service terms.
6. Connected services and availability
Third-party accounts remain subject to their providers’ terms and charges. Their permissions, APIs and availability can change. Disconnecting a service stops future use of the stored connection but does not undo completed actions; you may also need to revoke access in the provider’s settings.
We use reasonable care in providing Conductr, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI results. Keep appropriate records and alternative processes for essential work. We will communicate material service interruptions where practicable.
7. Suspension and ending access
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, a material breach or unpaid agreed charges. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.
If we discontinue your paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide reasonable notice and refund prepaid fees for the unused period. Contact us before access ends to arrange retrieval or deletion of your information; retention and deletion are explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Rights, liability and disputes
We and our licensors retain rights in Conductr’s software, design and branding. Your subscription permits authorised use of the service; it does not transfer those rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law, including the extent to which each party caused or contributed to it.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms operate under Australian law and do not prevent you from seeking a remedy from a court, tribunal or regulator with jurisdiction.
9. Updates to these terms
We will post updated terms here and notify active customers of material changes before they take effect. Material changes to a paid subscription will be notified at least 30 days in advance, unless an earlier change is necessary to meet a legal or urgent security requirement. You may cancel before a material change takes effect. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
